		<description>This looks like an opportune to buy shares.  Has PTR found support?  The May high is 120.21, while the Jan/Feb low is 120.22, 1 cent above that.  This looks like a textbook case of resistance becoming support.

Of course, that could be a little too obvious.  It might be worth picking up a few shares with a stop not too far below 120.</description>
