Oh no, I completely agree with you on your philosophy of price because I hold the same. I do not look at price either. I bought MA @ $42.75 and have been adding shares to my position every chance it has hit support, with my last batch coming in @ $109.07.

I was just asking because I thought maybe you had a thought on where you saw the stock heading up to since as my previous comment, the slow growth with Wal-Mart and Target.

I have looked at this stock over and over again but I would always bypass it for something that would grow faster (% wise).

Also, I made this post and I never heard from you regarding it:

A couple of stocks I have had on my radar as of late have been VCP, RKT, KAI, TIN, and SEO (Paper Group) which have been gaining favor overall and BRLC. BRLC was mentioned in IBD New America and, Eventhough it is an eratic chart, has posted positive EPS the last two qtrs on increasing revenue. Have you taken a look at any of these?

I would like to get your thoughts.

Albert,
I can't predict but I'll jump on a trend if it maintains the upward momentum. No one can predict where a stock will go with absolute certainty. The company is healthy and has solid management; this should lift shares over time. I wouldn't be surprised if the stock trades above $300 per share in a few years.

Share prices don't scare me, so $100, $300 or $500 is the same if the stock adds value to my portfolio. Look at NVR ($800 area) in the builder section and CME ($500 area) for exchange stocks. People called them overvalued whent hey passed $200, then $300, then $400, etc!

Chris, Where do you see SHLD trading long term, beyond than the $195 high? All the fundamentals seem reasonable and I just don't get the impression of any more growth potential in this sector with the big players you mentioned.
